Potential XC Breakthrough Star #1

Call us crazy but we think Bethany Graham could be one of the best athletes in the entire nation. She unfortunately was unable to prove us right or wrong last XC due to an injury suffered just prior to the post-season.

That same injury hindered her training for quite some time but eventually went away as outdoor track started. She was eventually able to run 11:06 at states to finish 3rd. XC states this year though will be much quicker.

Last cross country season she took the state by storm by sweeping her first three races in 18:22, 18:05, and 18:35. That was Great Meadow Invite's #6 all-time, Pole Green XC's #1 all-time, and William & Mary's #8 all-time performance.

Those times in the conditions she did them speaks volumes to her fitness and goals moving forward. We expect her to run well under 18 minutes this season and content for whatever title she puts her mind to.
