Girls Track and Field Spring 03 to present (13 yrs)- Head Coach 94 records (Fr, Soph JV, V), 2 top 4 finishes 2008 and 2009. District champs 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2015. Conference Champion 2015. Four district runner-up finishes 2011,2012, 2013, and 2014. MTCCCA 6th ranked team in 2007 and 4th in 2008, 2 State Records 4x800 09 and 3200 09, 14 nationally ranked events, 41 all-state performances (Track and XC), 8 runners up, 10 state champs, 98 state qualifying events/individuals qualifying events, 158 state semifinalists (sectionals), 195 top ten performances

Developed and helped run off season state qualifiers 2007-2012


2010 was highlighted by five first-time qualifiers in XC three boys and two girls.

In addition helped run the off season conditioning for Daniel and David Everett both running personal bests and place 1st/2nd respectively at the State Championship. Post `season again help guide the brothers leading two with Daniel running the 4th fastest time by a Missouri athlete in the last 13 years at the Footlocker Midwest Regional.


In 2009 Diane would go on to be all state again. She would a again be one of four girls in state history to qualify again to Footlocker National Championship. She would place 10 ten at regionals (6th) and in the top twenty at Nationals. In addition Diane would reclaim her school record running 17:37.5.

In 2009 helped run Krista Menghini's post season workout schedule where she went to pr by 40 seconds and went on to win the AAU title.

In 2008 Diane would qualify to Footlocker National Championship after another summer highlighted by All American Performances at the USATF Junior Olympics in the 1500 and 3000meter runs Diane won state and ran the seventh fastest ever at the state meet. She also was Post Dispatch runner of 2007 for Cross Country. Ran 18:19 for 5k. Diane repeated her all state honors in 2008 setting personal course records at each meet till state

FOOTBALL 06-
Strength coach for the Varsity Football Team 2006-. Three season?s compiled a record of 22 and 12. Team played for the class 4a State Championship in 2007. In 2006 the team rushed for a total of 2122 (10 Games) In 2007 the team rushed for a total of 3313 yards (14 Games)

Additional Training 05 to present-

David and Daniel Everett helped both twin brothers by developing their offseason training. This lead to amazing improvement for both brothers from their junior to senior year. Ending their seasons with national ranked times both in the winter and summer in the 1600. With both brothers running under 4:10

Sophie Angell Lutheran St. Peters created a program for Sophie in the winter of 2010-11. Leading to All State performances in the 4x800, 4x400, 1600, and 800. She achieved personal best in both 1600 and 800.

Lee Ward Max Preps All American. All State and All Metro 09 school record in career tackles. All Conference both on offense and defense. Playing football at Stanford. All State Linebacker 2008 AP and Coaches Poll. Invited to Army All American Combined where he set a national record on the bench press. Top rated Linebacker at St. Louis prospects combined for Nike. Invited to 100 in Dallas. Awarded Strongest Prospect at Dallas 100. Invited to national Combine. Rated by power Mizzou number two sophomore prospect in the Midwest. Playing football at Stanford.
