Biggest improvement over the four years goes to Mia Arcadia (North Valleys HS). She started her high school career running in the mid 3:30's but has dropped 30+ seconds over the course of the years. She nears the end of her senior campaign but holds a 3:01.40 P.R, might just have one more gear in order to sneak under that sub-3 minute mark.
Given the four year development, Bishop Gorman HS and Silverado HS both have the most success amongst the Top 25 seeing that both schools hold two spots each on this table. As a matter of fact, Carrigan Cook (Bishop Gorman HS) holds the number five spot on the Most Improved chart over the four years.
