BUD ODEA CLASSIC

CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Location: Desert Breeze Soccer Park on Durango between Desert Inn and Spring Mountain. Park entrance is on Spring Mountain. Buses park in the NE dirt lot.

Course:

2.5 miles consisting of 99.9% grass and several hills.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded to the top 30 individuals in each race. T-shirts will be given to the top 15 individuals in each race. Medals and shirts will be given out at the table after each race. Team trophies will be awarded to the overall winner and runner-up.

Scoring:

Standard NFHS scoring procedures. Chip timing will be used in accordance with NFHS guidelines. Live results will be provided at nts-timing.com.

Eligibility:

Freshmen and sophomores on your roster-unlimited entries. Freshmen in 9th grade races, Sophomores in 10th grade races.

Entry Fee:

$6/runner entered on athletic.net, no team cap. Entry fees will be paid online on athletic.net. Entries are due Tuesday, October, 4 at 6pm. No late entries will be accepted.

**There will be a $50 cancellation fee for any team that enters the meet via Athletic.net and no shows.

Additional Information:

Bring tent, water, and medical supplies. Athletic trainer will be provided.

**Coaches** By entering an athlete in this competition, you are certifying that the athlete is conditioned and trained to run in the Southern Nevada heat. Entering your athletes means they are ready for the rigors of the distance and heat this race very often presents.
