| Entries | Each School will be allowed 3 entries per event and 1 entry per relay. |
| Times | Coaches meeting will be held at 8:00 am. Field events will start at 8:15 am. Running Events will begin at 9:00 am. Lane assignments will be made with entries provided. |

| RSVP | We are only accepting entries from the first 15 5A and 4A schools. Entries are due at midnight to Milesplit.com on Thursday, March 3th at 9:00pm, no exceptions. No additions will be allowed after that time. Substitutions will be allowed via email until Friday @ 2:30pm after which all entries are final. |
| Field Events | 3 preliminary attempts. Top 9 will receive 3 final attempts Implements will be weighed and measured and imbounded for each of the throws. |

| Warm Ups- Team Camps | Warm-ups will take place on the Soccer field, which is located to the west of the Track, as the infield of the track will be closed to warm-ups. Team Camps are to be set up on the Soccer Field as well. Please note the Soccer field is turf and no stakes are allowed to hold tents down. Also no gum or sunflower seeds will be allowed on the fields. |
