ENTRIES: 4 athletes per event Only 1 relay team per relay event. 4 events maximum per athlete. Entries will only be accepted through www.athletic.net mile split
DEADLINES: Please only register if you plan on attending. Entries must be registered by Wednesday April 25 11:59pm using Athletic.net. E-mail or call Jim Abbott with scratches after that time no additions.

ADMISSION: Adults $6, Students/children $4, Seniors are free.
TIMING: Electronic timing using Finish Lynx camera system
SCORING: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
COACHES MEETING: 8:15am in the small gym. Located to the right of the stadium as you come in. Scratches will be accepted at this time but please try to submit scratches by Friday 3:00 so we can attempt to avoid reseeding.
STARTING TIMES: Field Event: 9:00am Running Events: 9:30am
COACHS HOSPITALITY ROOM: Located in the track shed
CONCESSIONS: Douglas All Sports Boosters
CAMPS: Teams may camp behind the home stands area. No tents in the home side bleachers. Please ask your athletes to clean their camp area before leaving. No coaches or spectators inside the fence except for pole vault and high jump coaches. (We will have designated boxes for those events.) Athletes may not camp out on the infield only currently competing athletes are allowed inside the fence.
AWARDS: Medals 1 - 3 places. Team Trophies for 1st & 2nd boys and girls.
SPIKES: Maximum length 3/16 inch pyramid or needle spikes.
Minimum Marks: First legal mark will be measured, then only marks above the minimum:
Varsity TJ: Boys - 36ft; Girls - 29ft
Varsity LJ: Boys - 17-06ft; Girls -13-06ft
Varsity Shot: Boys - 36ft; Girls - 25ft
Varsity Discus: Boys - 85ft; Girls 75ft
Starting Heights: Will be one height below the 24th best entry mark for both vertical jumps.
