Emily Beneduce (Oak Park CA)
Oak Park rising sophomore Emily Beneduce did not really take off until the spring of her freshmen year as she turned out to be one of the fastest freshmen in the country at 3200 meters. After finishing 25th in the California Division 3 state cross country race in the fall, Beneduce qualified for the CIF Finals in the spring to finish 7th overall in arguably the best state track meet 3200 in the country with a new PR time of 10:25.
