Libby Davidson (E.C. Glass VA)
Libby Davidson of E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, Virginia might have the largest collection of state titles than any rising sophomore in the country after winning 4 last year in the Virginia 4A classification. Davidson had freshmen year PR's of 5:03 in the 1600, 10:42 in the two mile, and 18:28 in the 5K. She capped off her outdoor season in winning the freshmen two mile title at New Balance Nationals.
