Sprints & Hurdles
On the boys side, Tristin Leslie (Las Vegas Heat) led the 100m in 12.39, followed closely by Jyson Jackson (Nevada Track Club) at 12.54, who also showed improvement in the 200m (25.33). Kavon Dumas (Team Hurricane) controlled the longer sprints, winning the 200m in 23.72 and doubling back with a 54.01 victory in the 400m.
Several athletes made major jumps forward. Dior Flowers (Nevada Storm Track Club) dropped from 16.17 to 14.55 in the 100m and showed even more range in the 400m, cutting over 10 seconds to run 1:06.56. Kashaun Dumas (Team Hurricane) and Emmanuel Adams (BF Chitas) also saw large improvements in the 100m, both dipping well into the mid-14 range.
In the 200m, Matthew Morris (Las Vegas Blazin One'z), Giovanni Hodges (Nevada Storm Track Club), and Jyson Jackson (Nevada Track Club) all posted drops of over a second, signaling strong development across the sprint group.
For the girls, Londyn Henry (Team Hurricane) delivered one of the top overall performances of the meet, running 12.71 to win the 100m while also improving from 13.61 earlier in the season. Behind her, Faith Diaz (Nevada Storm Track Club) and Londan Clayton (Club 702) added depth to the event.
The biggest improvements came from Ella Davis (Fresh Start Track), who dropped from 19.32 to 16.58 in the 100m and followed it with a 39.73 in the 200m, and Alexis Lockhart-Hayden (The Hive Sports Club), who also made significant gains in both sprint events.
Middle Distance
n the boys 800m, Khan Bailey (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) led the field in 2:19.41, with Yourmajesty Porter Parke (Team Hurricane) close behind at 2:20.38. Mekhi Powell (Las Vegas Heat) hit a significant personal improvement by running 2:26.92 to take third.
Progression stood out strongly here as well. Trent White (Nevada Storm Track Club) dropped nearly 20 seconds in the 800m to 3:00.34, while Marquise Allen Jr (Las Vegas Heat) improved by over seven seconds.
On the girls side, Londyn Henry (Team Hurricane) doubled back to win the 800m in 2:37.91, showing range across sprint and middle-distance events. Natari Robinson (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) and Alynda Thrash Strong (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) followed closely.
A key improvement came from Azariah Peoples (Las Vegas Blazin One'z), who lowered her 800m best to 2:51.13.
In the 400m, Anylah Thrash Strong (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) led the field in 1:02.93, while Aa'Liyah Brown (BF Chitas) posted one of the largest improvements of the meet, dropping over 11 seconds to run 1:07.70.
Field Events
In the boys throws, Enzo Lefebvre (Las Vegas Heat) led the shot put with a 25-8.25 throw, building on his improvement from the previous day. Zaidyn Rodas (Throwers Respect TC) showed consistency across both events, placing second in shot put and winning discus at 46-5.25 while also improving his personal best.
In the jumps, Amir Clark (Las Vegas Heat) cleared 4-5 in the high jump, placing first among middle schoolers in the rankings last week while posting a personal best. Trevor Hallowell (Las Vegas Elite Runners) added nearly three inches to his long jump mark.
On the girls side, Kennedy Jackson (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) led the shot put at 25-8.5, followed closely by Nylah Mcfarland (Fresh Start Track). Khemi Rodas (Throwers Respect TC) dominated the discus with a throw of 59-4 while also improving significantly in both throwing events.
Notable gains included Layla Kaopua-Davila (Throwers Respect TC) adding over a foot and a half in the shot put, and Khemi Rodas (Throwers Respect TC) improving by nearly 10 feet in the discus.
In the jumps, Londan Clayton (Club 702) led the long jump at 14-6.75, while Audriyonna Jones (Las Vegas Blazin One'z) cleared 4-7 to win the high jump.
