Entry Fee | $10/event entry, max of $150 per gender team or $300 for both teams. You can use this link for payments: |
Gate Prices | $5.00 for Adults, $3.00 for Students with a valid ID, Children 10 and under are free (No CCSD Family passes) |
Entries | Each School will be allowed 4 entries per event and 1 entry per relay. |
Times | Coaches meeting will be held at 8:00 am. Field events will start at 8:15 am. Running Events will begin at 9:00 am. Lane assignments will be made with the entries provided. |

RSVP | We are only accepting entries from the first 15 5A, 4A, and 3A schools. Entries are due at midnight to Milesplit.com on Tuesday, February 28th at 9:00 pm, no exceptions. No additions will be allowed after that time. Substitutions will be allowed via email until Friday @ 2:30 pm after which all entries are final. |
Field Events | 3 preliminary attempts. Top 9 will receive 3 final attempts Implements will be weighed and measured and impounded for each of the throws. |
Starting Heights | Girl's High Jump: 4'4" increments of 2"Boy's High Jump: 5'2" increments of 2" Girl's Pole Vault: 6' 6" increments of 6" until 5 competitors remaining, 3" after boys Pole Vault: 8' then 9' then 10' Up 6" after 10' until 5 competitors remaining, 3" after |
Warm-Ups- Team Camps | Warm-ups will take place on the Soccer field, which is located to the west of the Track, as the infield of the track will be closed to warm-ups. Team Camps are to be set up on the Soccer Field as well. Please note the Soccer field is turf and no stakes are allowed to hold tents down. Also, no gum or sunflower seeds will be allowed on the fields. |
